We recommend a ride in the historic Narrow Gauge Railway which dates back to 1915 when German troops built a military field railway with a 600 mm rail connecting Rogów with Biała Rawska.

We encourage you to visit the nearby Nieborów and its stunning baroque gardens designed in the 1860s by Szymon Bogumił Zug.

Pottery in Bolimów. During the visit at the potter’s, you can get familiar with the specificity of the profession, see the way clay pots are rolled, hear the legends and stories associated with Bolimów and try the difficult art of “pot making".

Art lovers will be especially impressed with Żyrardów and the unique “Sklep Wokulskiego”. Its interiors are stylized on a 19th-century fabric shop known to everyone from "Lalka" movie and TV series. The furniture and equipment were designed by prominent Polish scenographers and architects Andrzej Haliński and Marek Kukawski who are the authors of the scenographies for numerous well-known movies. In the shop, you will find authentic furniture from that period, machines and factory photographs, a tablecloth, fabric samples, laces. The Żyrardów flax factory is known all over the world. A film about the history of Żyrardów, the factory, and the production of flax is displayed in a small cinema room.
